HFT the band
Delhi based Jazz Fusion band HFT, formed in 2004, features the following band members:

LEW HILT - BASS
SUCHET MALHOTRA - PERCUSSION
Arjun Sen has been in the music scene since the early 80's. Former bands include Great Society, Don't Lose The One and a host of other bands. He is also a composer and has composed scores for films such as Khamosh Paani, Honey Hunters of the Blue Mountains (awarded the Green Oscar) and a large number of TV Serials and documentary films. Besides films he has also composed music for plays and exhibitions of which Tejas, an exhibition of Indian art and culture dating 3rd century BC to 7th century AD held in The Bozar Gallery Brussels was a landmark.
He now lives in a village in Himachal and when not busy with the band works on projects.
Bass player Lew Hilt comes from the generation of the first rockers in the country. Starting his music career in the Kolkata Park Street music scene of the 60's. Former bands include High and Shiva from Kolkata. He has played with all the leading Jazz artists in India from Carlton Kito of Kolkata to Louis Banks and Braz Gonsalves.
Suchet Malhotra is a multi-percussionist, playing cajon, bongos, djembe, darbouka, framedrums, didgeridoo and tabla. His multi-percussion setups have supported orchestras and ensembles such as Ethno Sweden, Chamber Soloists Lucerne and the HUM Ensemble. With HFT, Suchet plays the flamenco, cajon, cymbals, wooden bongos, djembe and world percussion.
